Nitecore TUP 2 MCT

The Nitecore TUP2 MCT is a new and improved version of the popular TUP, with a maximum output of 1200 lumens and powered by 1300mAh built-in battery, which is charged via the USB-C port. The TUP2 supports use while being charged, so can be partnered with a power bank for uninterrupted illumination.  The TUP 2 is small yet powerful measuring just 70mm long.

The Nitecore TUP2 features four 16-Core Multiple Colour Temperature MCT UHE LEDs providing Multi Colour Temperatures in all primary lights.

Four LED’s with three colour temperatures.  3000K Warm Light for excellent penetrating ability, 4500K Neutral White Light for everyday practicality and 6500K Cool White Light, providing a striking and refreshing light, ideal for walking.

These colour temperatures make the torch highly versatile, ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities such as nighttime walking, foggy and rainy-day adventures and so much more!

A dual button interface allows for easy operation with separate power and mode buttons. Lockout modes prevent accidental operation and instant access to turbo and ultra-low output is available.

The keyring light offers five brightness levels, ranging from 1 to 1200 lumens, all of which are operated by a dual side switch interface. The TUP2 features a multi-functional OLED display which provides real-time information on the battery level and voltage, brightness level, remaining runtime, lockout mode, current colour temperature and unlock prompt.

Thanks to the MCT UHE Leds featuring three colour temperatures and high luminous efficiency, pairs with a larger 1300mAh built in battery the TUP 2 achieves a major breakthrough in runtime – no more battery anxiety!

Brightness Levels:

Turbo: 1200 lumens, 125m beam distance

High: 300 lumens, 2hr runtime. 64m beam distance

Mid: 80 lumens, 7hr 15min runtime, 33m beam distance

Low: 15 lumens, 30hr runtime, 15m beam distance

Ultralow: 1 lumen, 190hr runtime, 4m beam distance

Advanced temperature regulation (ATR) regulates the output of the TUP2 according to the working and ambient temperature to maintain optimal performance while preventing the LED from overheating. The outputs are measured in total of runtime, including output at reduced levels due to temperature or protection mechanisms in the design, causing the brightness level to drop down.
