SHIPPING POLICY
UK DELIVERIES
- Postage is FREE to all UK addresses
- We use Royal Mail, 2nd Class, or Parcelforce, Parcel48 for all UK deliveries.
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders received before 1400 on the same day (Mon-Fri excl bank holidays), which means that you receive your purchase within three to five working days from the date it was ordered. Orders received after 1400 will be dispatched the next business day.
- Order cancellations can only be processed up until 1400 on the date of order. Once an order is processed and shipped the item will have to be returned – see Returns Process.
- Orders under 2kgs and under £20.00 will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class post. This service offers delivery in three to five working days – with day one being that following the day the package was accepted at the post office. This is not a tracked service.
- Orders under 2kgs and over £20.00 will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. This service offers delivery in three to five working days – with day one being that following the day the package was accepted at the post office. This is a tracked service which will require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders over 2kgs will be dispatched using Parcelforce-Parcel48. This is a tracked service that delivers in 48hours and requires a signature upon receipt.
- Express deliveries are £7.99 or £12.99 depending on the weight. Orders received before 1400 (Mon-Fri) will be processed and dispatched on a priority basis. Express deliveries will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and will arrive before 1300 on the next business day (Friday orders will arrive on Monday). This is a tracked service and will require a signature upon delivery.
- We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example, due to poor weather conditions.
- If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Services on 01509 670424 or email us at customer.service@protegimus-tactical.com. We would request that you contact us as soon as possible and within 60 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
- In the event of lost or damaged orders, we will complete a thorough investigation before taking the most appropriate cause of action. A refund or replacement order may be considered.
- If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
- We currently use two options for international deliveries: A non-tracked service for items under £10.00 and a tracked (where available) and signed for orders over £10.00. We ship Worldwide.
- Our international deliveries should arrive at European addresses within seven to ten working days. Worldwide addresses should expect delivery withing eight to twelve working days. Often Royal Mail has to hand your package over to the postal service in the destination country to complete the delivery and this can occasionally result in a delay.
- When ordering goods from our store for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information. If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs. There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value. In certain situations, your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid. In this instance, we cannot refund products or shipping costs for these reasons.
- Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. You may also need to provide specific documentation for the clearance of your order once it arrives in your destination country. This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons. In certain situations, your order may be destroyed by customs if you are unable to provide clearance for the order; in this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.
- If you do not receive your order within 20 working days, please contact Customer Services on 01509 670424 or email us at customerservice@protegimus-tactical.com We would request that you contact us as soon as possible and within 45 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
- In the event of lost or damaged orders, we will complete a thorough investigation before taking the most appropriate cause of action. A refund or replacement order may be considered.
- If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
- Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster, or operational crises. In such circumstances, your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you. In these circumstances, you may ask for the order to be refunded.
- Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
