The Nitecore NU33 head torch has a maximum output of 700 lumens. The primary LED light offers three brightness levels, ranging from 60 to 700 lumens. The main light also features SOS & Beacon modes. Two secondary, auxiliary lights provide red and a high CRI white light. The red mode effectively protects night vision and is ideal for night photography, wildlife observation and stargazing. The high CRI (≥90) white light offers very low and warm outputs at 50 (low) and 6 (ultralow) lumens.
The NU33 is powered by a built-in 2000mAh Li-ion battery and is rechargeable via the intelligent Li-ion battery charging circuit with a USB-C charging port (cable included).
The headlamp is operated by a user-friendly dual switch interface on top of the light. The power button turns the light on and off and adjusts the brightness level, and the mode button switches the light sources.
To ensure you know when it's time to recharge, the NU33 has built-in power indication which is access by a short press of the mode button. The LED lights show the current power level, from four lights (fully charged) to one light (approximately 25% charge remaining).
The runtime to be expected from the NU33 varies depending on the light mode selection
